3. I agree to pay corresponding plane ticket with special fare + tax where instructed to get my airplane tickets.

4. I relieve organizers from any responsibility due to personal loss, injury or any other problem that may arise during the course of mpm.

5. If I comply with more than 90% of pre-established appointments I will get a USD $150.00 refund no later than June 11, 2012.

6. mpm will be waived of any refund, obligation or responsibility in case of major force originated by any reasonable cause out of its control.

7. I acknowledge that 45 days prior to the realization of mpm 2012 no reimbursement will be made in case of cancellations.
